Dear colleague, Could you share the protocol for RNA isolation from human semen samples?

We tried to RNA isolation from semen samples using trizol method but we didn't get good quantity of RNA.

did you use centrifuge at 3k g ? if so you can try the 10k.g so that the lysis will be improved .
