I want to simulate a SAXS experiment, getting a razing X-Ray experiment, 0.1 incident degree in thin-film setup, 0.01 degree per increment, ranging from 0.025 up to 3.000 degrees, using a pollycapilar, under 40KV and 30 mA, reception slit of 0.05 mm and calculate the scattering vector (q) to compare with the original measurement.

How reliable would it be, since no area detector is used for the overall scattering, only an inline fast X-ray detector in a theta-theta Bragg-Bretano geometry?
