This may be a stupid question for someone who works with this software on a daily basis, but how, in DataAnalysis, to subtract the chromatogram (base peak or UV) of one sample or blank from another sample?
I checked the manual but I don't want to do this on MS spectrum, but just on chromatograms.

Since, I have a significant experience in data-processing of spectroscopic, spectrometric and chromatographic patterns (Please, consider my ORCID data: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5788-4404,) I would allow to recommend you to extract your chromatographic data as *.dat or *.txt files and to treate the datasets of variables with suitable statistical software. For instance, you could use Origin (https://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?go=Products/Origin/Statistics); Statistica (https://statistica.software.informer.com/;) MatLab (https://de.mathworks.com/products/statistics.html;) et cetera.
Only by means of a comprehensive statistical treatment of the outcomes of such methods, there is possible a reliable conclusions concerning quantitative or even qualitative analyses.
