Azedah, my thinking is that, your project is specific to a certain data required to a dress it.so the data set for its profile should a dress your objectives if I got you right. Your objective should help you meet the out come of your project. I hope my response has shade some light.

but for my University project,  i need too an other data .

If i understand your problem is how to open the Data that are in the link given above. 

in the page  http://snap.stanford.edu/data/soc-pokec.html, you have a compartment named files under which you have three files

the files given are in compressed format, and while decompressing the format you will have a .txt file that is easily converted to excel file by the mean of a specified tool like abex.
