Data set about cellphone usage in an urban area?

Can you introduce a data set on cell-phone usage in urban area?

Cell phone model, geographical info, and call duration or data transfer amount are the most important data I seek for during a period of at least 24 hours in a city.

I've worked with some data sets which are too out-dated, I need more recent information (not older than 2015).
