One option is to talk to other colleagues that use the instrument...maybe this has happened before and they could assist you.

Another option is for you to try and have a look at the instrument´s manual instructions book. Usually intrument manuals have a section focused on troubleshooting. If the instrument´s manual book doesn´t help then possibly contact the instrument's brand representative person in your country for assistance.

I have got a negative answer from the technical assistance of the Dani Instrument . they said that due to US law they can not be of any help as the machine in Syria. although, I am working with a company dealing only with R/D.

from the error above it is an internal communication issue. Have you tried reconfiguring the system?

thank you very much for your help. the real problem is that I can not configure the system without the unlock key. the instrument is locked with a password and no one knows the password and I have contacted the Dani company just to send the password to be able to re configure the system.
