Need help regarding cytoscape aap section
Need to access aap, means need to add more and more AAP's to analysis
And it is continuously showings not connected to internet.
Even after changing the the Cytoscape version , even reinstalled the 3.2.0

This seems to be your net connection problem.
Try to uninstall and reinstall the app with proper net connection.
