I have derived embryoid bodies from iPSC and am now differentiating them into myeloid precursors with IL3 and MCSF. A number of them have now formed large bubble-like structures. A bit of a google suggests this might be cystic EBs. Any tips on whether this is a good thing/bad thing for subsequent monocyte production/longevity?
