I'm trying to simulate the impact of a HeavyIon on a cylindrical-shaped diode in Sentaurus TCAD. I've added te keyword Cylindrical(yaxis=0) to the Math section in order to rotate the half-device built in SDE around the vertical axis.

Quasistationary solutions finish without any errors, but when trying to perform transient simulations, the HeavyIon module generates the following:

I cannot handle this case. Your problem is not cylindrical !

Am I missing some definition in any previous section to ensure that the problem to be solved is cylindrical? I haven't found any specification in the manual other than the keyword in the math section.
