I am using IBM AMOS to analyze my data. i would like to have the cutoff criteria to establish convergent validity, discriminant validity, and model fitness indices, from Lu and Bentler as well as Hair et al.
Could someone assist me please?

To work on SEM, I will recommend you following readings to understand the types of indices you can select for your study and what threshold is more appropriate. Construct validity can be established either your Convergent & Divergent validity or using Multitrait–Multimethod Analyses.
