I am trying to 3D print a microfluidic device on glass using a mixture of poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (MW 250) + 1% w/w Igracure 819 ( Bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)-phenylphosphineoxide) and 0.1% Sudan I. I treat the glass with a 1 min plama treatment, spincoating TMSPMA (3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate) and then baking ay 70C for 24 hrs.
The issue I am having is that as the part is printed the edges curl away from the glass (almost like the resin is contracting as it prints), causing the device to separate from the glass slide and fall into the printer.
Have nay suggestions what is causing this or how I could mitigate against it?
I should also mention i am using a MiiCraft 100 printer, variable base curing time (5-100s, falls regardless) and 5s regular curing time for the rest of the layer.
