I have a task to estimate microwave heating of dielectric object vs time. For this reason I need to make dielectric permittivity and conductivity of material under investigation denpend on temperature. Experimental data of these dependences were obtained and now I want to observe various models made from above mentioned material. However, there is no instructions for this in CST's Help. I can make dispertion on frequency, but not on temperature.
Have anyone deal with such a task? What can you advice for solution istead of CST?
You have to build a special apparatus (cryostat) to do this. On a metallic cilinder you have a copper finger at the extremity. Liquid nitrogen is cooling the metallic cilinder and the copper finger. A thermoresistance is measuring the temperature of the copper finger. On this finger the sample is mounted (with silver pasta) with electric contacts to measure its conductivity. The whole cilinder with the finger is into another high diameter cilinder that has vacuum inside to insulate the very low temperature of the smaller cilider from the liquid nitrogen. Altough there are professional cryostats that you can buy or borrow for this experiment.
Could you please tell how to calculated graphene condutivity wrt operating frequency?
