Currently, I am trying to compare the environmental impact of electricity mixes in Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Italy. For this, I need to know the country-specific impact (Global Warming Potential) of each energy source (for the entire life cycle). Not average values by IPCC. Can anybody advise any reliable source where I can find this information and that can be accessed without any license?

Did you try checking International Energy Agency (IEA) website. They have a database which will give you the country specific CO2 emissions of each energy source. I am not sure this is the complete data, but a larger chunk of what you are looking for. You may look at the following link which i have set for Germany and likewise you can check for other countries as well. Do a bit of datamining on this website, and may be you will get full data.

My suggestion is use indicators of global warming in these countries. This is available at their national environmental regulatory agencies websites. The IEA too is a good source as suggested
