Using the specific capacitance obtained from above equation we need to calculate energy density and power density so which formula can be used for that since in some equations they write it as E=(CΔV2/8) *1000/3600 and other cases (1/2*CΔV2)/3.6. Which is the correct formula

the formula mentioned in the picture attached below has a factor 8 being divided why is that done.
