I am facing with cross talking issues in my plate reader and seems that the reading of our plate reader is only from the bottom. i noticed clear sign of "cross talking" where empty wells showed signals. Since is impossible to read the signal from the top, are black plates allowed in order to minimise this issue? i know that they are used for fluorescence but i think that i could use them with the absorbance
