Why my antenna design Cross-polarization radiation pattern is coming high in cst studio after simulation? also coming measured results same issue?

If CST and the measurements agree you have high cross polar, then they are probably right!

Use CST to find where in your antenna the currents or fields are not in the right direction or are not symmetrical. That is where a simulation can do something that is difficult to do in a measurement.
