Using 3D models/images in geophysical works are recently becoming more popular. Based on your experience, which programs (preferably free of charge) can help to provide better/easier 3D outputs by using geophysical 2D images?
We developed a software ourselves for 3D visualization, calculation and simulation of porous media. However, it is commercial.
