Short summary:

CPE-T: Amplitude. If CPE-P = 0, then amplitude = [ohm]. If CPE-P = 1, then amplitude = [F].

CPE-P: Value range: 0-1. If value == 0, then = an ideal resistor, if value == 1 then = an ideal capacitor. If value == between 0 and 1 then = pseudo capacitance.
