Yes sir we find the description of this in many text like "Bhavaprakash Nighantu" " Kaiyadeva Nighantu" where they have described different types of milk & milk products along with their qualities.

thank you. i couldnt find in Bhavaprakash Nighantu" " Kaiyadeva Nighantu" but got a reference from Sushrutha samhitha. let me try Bhavaprakash Nighantu the other volumes.

If you see the reference of Kalyanaka ghruta,it mentions that it should be prepared from the colostrum of a prima gravida cow only.The milk of a primi and multipara also has many differences.
