Do the implications for socioeconomic rights relate to the amendment of legal norms specifying interventionist measures and instruments of anti-crisis socio-economic policy introduced in some countries to counteract the increase in unemployment, decline in economic growth, decrease in production, investment, employment, income and consumption caused by the development of the Coronavirus pandemic SARS-CoV-2 (causing Covid-19)?
