I'm looking for a COVID-19 updated database containing patient information (age, sex, date disease was diagnosed, date of death/recover, etc). Is there any?
Unortunately, states try to hide relevant data in order to avoid punic reaction of people. I am not sute that is good approach. Transparency of data show some clasters. For instance in somw areas or in age groups indicating whete to strength prevention.
En colombia no la hay, puede haber una pero es información del SISTEMA DE VIGILANCIA EPIDEMIOLOGICA Del Instituto Nacional de Salud, pero no es publica.
I found those databases for US cases, deaths, and patients' characteristics. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/cases-updates/ https://gis.cdc.gov/grasp/COVIDNet/COVID19_5.html
