If question is still actual, I would like to share my thoughts. There is no unambiguous answer. First you need to identify the target substances owning "anti-aging" activity. Further knowing the properties of these substances you have to determine a suitable solvent for those ones. It will be useful for further selection of the cream base. Personally, I would use extraction by the liquefied gas (in particular freons).
Thanks for replying , actually my interest is in the whole yeast extract as it's containing peptides, amino acids and vitamins B complex ... i think that autolysis method would works for me as i don't need a specific protein but i couldn't find any research could help me in preparing a cosmetic grade extract all i found was about food grade yeast extract !
