I'm wonder if there is something like the "structural performance database" (see the link below) of the PEER but related to the cracking behavior of reinforced concrete (cracks widths and spacing for different internal forces...).
Any suggestions?

Earthquake made concrete railway poles cracked in Japan, so that as electrical manager, I had experienced,
(1) Repointing points cracked with adhesion bond, adhesive seal, adhesive patch, glue film in case of small crack.
(2) As a measure of repairing in case of bit larger crack, stuffing mortar up the crack
(3) Replace poles in case of larger crack
