Could you recommend drawing or CAD SW?
I want to draw a line of spheres as I attached.
I want to import X,Y,Z coordinates data of center of the sphere to the drawing SW using script or coding.
And I export the CAD file as STL or GDS or GDSII format.
(FYI, There are lots of sphere. maximum counts is 3000 spheres.)

If you know how to program in CAT VBA, then it is very easy to program in CATIA. If not, you can record a simple macro of creating sphere from x,y,z and R and then add the code for accessing the excel file. You will need basic knowledge of VBA though. For the code of accessing excel file through VBA, you may get direct code from the internet. Look over stackoverflow website
