If you know how to program in CAT VBA, then it is very easy to program in CATIA. If not, you can record a simple macro of creating sphere from x,y,z and R and then add the code for accessing the excel file. You will need basic knowledge of VBA though. For the code of accessing excel file through VBA, you may get direct code from the internet. Look over stackoverflow website
