Could you recommend an in vitro herbicidal activity test?

I am looking for an in vitro herbicidal activity test for prospective bioactivity purposes. I would like to use an in vitro test for a first step screening, but I do not have experience in this field. Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks you very much
