Yes ,there is a MATLAB package for downscaling ,But I propose you to use CORDEX data which are downscaled by regional C Ms.

These days I'm working with different matlab's codes for my question. But you know CORDEX output is not proper for me, the spatial resolution of CORDEX is about 0.42*0.42 (degree). In my country this resolution is about 42*42km^2 and it is not precise for me.

Downscaling: Obtaining subgrid scale informationn from soarser resolution fields. Simplest statistical downscaling method is Delta method.

Differences between GCM future and historical period are added to historical monthly or daily observations.

I'm working on a site in USA for with I've got observation data of pcp, Tmax and Tmin for 1950-2007. I also downloaded all Climate Change models from this site:

The CC projections are for 1900-2100 period and, as expected, the 1950-2007 part data doesn't match with observations, so I'll need to downscale them based on observed data.

My hands are also tight in using SDSM or LARSWG because there are too many datasets needs to be downscaled (300 to 400 sets) so I will need a MATLAB code for downscaling CMIP5 data, can anyone guide me about this? I appreciate the help. Thank you very much.

I've developed a complete software for statistical downscaling methods(SD), after the paper will publish I can put it in my website, as soon as possible. 

In this package there are different methods of SD, such as EQM, QM, Delta and etc.,.. with a new method that my team and I presented it.

You can use LARS-WG statistical downscaling model. This app is simple and free and no need for advanced system. Also support CMIP5 models.

My question has been around 3 years ago. At this time I use different methods of statistical and dynamical methods, fortunately.

However, your remarks about LARS-WG, the latest version is Lars WG5.5 and it can downscale 15 models of CMIP3, not CMIP5,
