Where in the formula did I make a mistake?

Am I wrong in the formula for Screw&Edge dislocation?

I referenced https://doi.org/10.1002/adma.202201169.

D=(FWHM)^2/4.35b^2

I solved the equation as follows to obtain the screw dislocation of GaN.

GaN (c= 5.185 A), FWHM (002) = 333 arcsec= 0.001614 radians

D = (0.001614)^2/(4.35 X (5.185 X 10^-8)^2) = 2.23 X 10^8 cm-2

However, in the paper I referenced, this answer is 1.19X10^8 cm-2.

Why would the results differ?
