As in probability we can have tendencies, is it possible to introduce them in a "Quantic Universe", for example, based in our attitudes?

Difficult question. "Cold" scientific reasoning would answer yes, just a question of parameters and computation. But if one introduces free will into the picture then we get a very complicated issue.
