Hi all,

I am trying to stablish a phylogeny of 24 species of enterobacteriaceae I have (only for presentation purposes in my figure, and NOT a serious phylogenetic anlaysis), but my 16s rRNA sequences seem to give rise to a tree that does not agree with the order of genera and I cannot find a suitable paper on this topic.

A multi-gene/protein phylogeny would be great for me to compare my tree and configure my tree accordingly.

Thank you.
