There is a page here for "An annotated checklist and keys to the species of Copepoda Harpacticoida" which I found with Google Scholar but it is only the first four pages of a 900 page book: http://www.mapress.com/zootaxa/2007f/z01568p872f.pdf
There is also a link to the book here: http://bionames.org/references/18e0aa095b2d2ebdc61c5f6835e24fc1 which has a link to the PDF but I doubt that it is free.
There doesn't seem to be PDFs of the others available on the web.
