Could someone help us to operate BioRad CHEF DRIII system to perform Pulse Field Gel Electrophoresis?

We need to separate BAC plasmid DNA (100-300 kb) from genomic DNA isolated from human tissue culture. We obtained BioRad CHEF DRIII system to perform Pulse Field Gel Electrophoresis but we are facing a problem to operate the system. Since BIoRad discontinued the service for the system, we can not get enough information.

I would be grateful if you have any experience with CHEF DRIII and provide us with a tip. We can not figure out how to set up the Filed switching every 10 ~ 50 sec.
