Could someone give some suggestions about the dosage of OVA for the immunoreaction in zebrafish?

I want to inject ovalbumin into zebrafish (i.p.) to result in immunoreaction, so how much OVA I need for one fish? In addition to OVA, do I still need to inject some LPS?
