Long time ago, I bought ROCHE Hybridization Buffer (cat. 11717472001), now I want to do the SB assay, but i can't find any instructions about this buffer. So I wonder if this buffer was the Prehybridization and Hybridization solution used in SB. Thank you!

Hi Sun Tao,
An additional info: We are using Sigma Perfect Hyb Plus (Product no. H7033), for prehybridization as well as hybridization for Southern Blot. It works very well even for 1-2 hrs of hybridization.
