It may be possible for us to compared those 3 created worlds (Heaven, Hell and Earth) as a version of the Multiverse. See my theory in that paper. I accept any comment you have to argue pros or cons.

God himself / herself has become the entire universe. He / She is the fundamental substance of the universe.
If so, we would incouter a regious problem: we cannot pray to a God-univers, but to a God-Person; this is the only way we can explain His answers to our prayers.
On the other hand if He (no gender attach, but we cannot call Him with IT, because it, in english means anything else but a person) would be „the fundamental substance of the universe”, than the universe would have to become spiritual, not material, and that”s imposible!

When I said He/She has become the entire universe, I meant He/She has become IT. Most scientists do not believe that there is any kind of life in the matter. But not all of them. Some sicentists think there is life in virus, some think there is no life. Virus is made up of a chain of few million atoms. The degree of manifestation of spirit in different things is different. In matter it is extremely low. Read the book "Sri Ramakrishan The Great Master" to verify this.
When God becomes the universe, he do not destroy Himself. It requires only a very small fraction of his power to create the universe. Water does not have a form. When water becomes ice by condensation, it gets a form but that does not destroy the water.You also get apparent multiplicity, like 10 pieces of ice or 100 pieces of ice of various size and shapes. But everything is one volume of water. In physics we have a theory of Bose–Einstein condensation. This theory shows that new form of matter can be created by cooling bosonic atoms. Similarly all forms of matter can arise by condensation of the fundamental substance of the universe. This happens as the universe cool after hot big bang.
Different people like to pray to God in different way. God is both, with form as well as without any form. Moses liked to see God as without any form. So He appeared to him as a burning bush, as a formless spirit. Christians like to see God as having a human form. So He appeared to him as Jesus. Similarly he appeared to Hindus as Rama and Krishna. Buddha liked to see God as formless. So he experienced Him as Sunya (nothingness) in Nirvana. Some Hindus like to see him as without form but not nothingness. So He appears to them as Brahm(a). Moslems pray to formless God.
But most of the people don't care to see God. They pray to Him for money, wife, children, power, good health, name and fame, creature comforts etc. So everybody gets what they want. Some people are so much interested in the creation that they have no time for the creator at all. God leaves them alone and lets them play. Read the books "Haven and Hell" by Swedenborg and "Play of Consciousness" by Swami Muktananda to have a inside look at haven and hell.
I would first observe that there is nothing within the concept of God that would eliminate Him being the Creator of a multiverse. However I would also note that a multiverse is necessary only under certain assumption within quantum theory. see Penrose's "The Road to Reality" where Penrose makes different assumptions and remains able to explain observable reality.
However, whatever the case, the problem of consciousness will remain, and the solution of that may reveal the answer to the mystery of earth, heaven and hell.
Absolutely, we can understand God as the creator of the multiverse. For the Borde-Guth-Vilenkin Theorem (2003) proves that even if there is a multiverse, the multiverse itself is not eternal in the past but had an absolute beginning. Since whatever begins to exist has a cause, it follows that the multiverse has a cause. And since the multiverse is all time, space, matter, and energy, the cause of the multiverse must transcend time (be timeless), transcend space and matter (be immaterial), and transcend energy (be unimaginably powerful). Such a timeless, immaterial, and unimaginably powerful cause is the core of what theists mean by "God."
