I want to sweep voltage and measure the resistance of my device with a typical ohmmeter.does the ohm meter show the right amount according to the situation that is described above?
my device is a resistive switching memory(ReRAM,memristor).

Hi Ali Rza , provided I understand your question correctly, the answer is: No. If you connect a common ohm meter to any component connected to a circuit, usually you'll get a wrong value. If the circuit (and hence the component) is powered, beside a wrong result you'll might even get defect components or a defect ohm meter, depending on the details.
If, for any reasons, you cannot measure voltage and current, as Thomas Breuer
mentioned, your only chance is to calculate the current from the well known properties of a second device in series with the device under test. For example, if the current through the resistive memory element is identical to the drain current of a transistor with well known parameters, and you can measure the voltages at the transistor with sufficient accuracy, then you can estimate the drain current, and thus the current through the memory element.
