The treatment period and sacrifice time in acute inflammation varies based on model of inflammation. Which model of inflammation will you be using? Please explain what you mean by "treatment period". The duration of treatment will vary significantly based on type of treatment. Also, what, if anything, will you be measuring? And will you be looking at tissues after euthanasia? If so, what markers will you be looking at? More information is needed in order to answer your question.
