I am performing Giga prep for the first time and had to grow the E. coli used for transformation on DMEC 1 liquid broth. I have the information for the ingredient and quantities to be used but prefer to have supporting publications.
I welcome any information regarding this topic.

I`m not sure if it is useful. DMEC-1 is an E.coli strain, but I could not find any liquid medium called DMEC-1. Perhaps it is lab-specific?

I could not find any information either that is why I posted the question. It is custom made media; available in liquid broth or agar plates, but the lead time is long that is why our lab thought it would be better to make our own medium.
Anyhow, the paper you sent to me is useful and I thank you for it.
