Hi everyone, just to finish up this topic a bit: there are four main egoism tests out there: SPI Egoism, DPQ Egoism, Egoism Scale, and the HEXACO PI-R.

I agree with Alexander Hausler that there are four main egoism tests out there: SPI Egoism, DPQ Egoism, Egoism Scale, and the HEXACO PI-R. These tests need to be administered by a trained professional who should have expertise to interpret the results in a comprehensive manner.

Just fyi: according to a review from 2009 (de Vries et al. - 2009 - More than the Big Five Egoism and the HEXACO Model of Personality), the HH scale of the HEXACO PI-R is the most comprehensive one due to including the egoisms measured in the SPI and DPQ, which lead me to use it in my study. Cheers.
