Could anyone recommend a short peptide sequence that has shown immunogenecity and to be potential vaccine, such as Papillomavirus (HPV) E7 protein? It would be better, if there is some mouse macrophage (RAW 264.7) cells activation data about this peptide. Thanks a lot!

Short peptide sequences are NOT immunogenic. That's why so called epitope vaccines (based only on short sequence of an individual epitope) do not elicit immune response - however mixtures of short peptides sometimes produce response.
