Could anyone help me in studying aggregation of protein using ITC?

We have been using Microcal ITC for studying protein aggregation but could not able to get any trend in results and interpreting graphs as well.

Does someone has any idea how aggregation of proteins can be done using ITC? Please suggest papers to read. Thanks!!!
