As I found a difference in responce for male and females. However, the susceptibility of the two strains is completely different. I did some trials based on what I found in the literature but the animal died.

Considering that I have exposed the mice to 0.5 ppm for 1h -0.5 for 30 min once a day. Then I did another trial to 0.8 ppm for 3 h two times aday. also I tried to expose them two times aday for 2 days & for 3 days. Further more I reduced the concentration to 0.4 ppm and repeated the same protocol but neither of the above mentioned protocol was working, as the animal were suffering and I found them died usually in the second day.
