I am a Msc student and my thesis is framed on developing a CNN-based approach to predict soil carbon hotspots using remote sensing data. Soil carbon hotspots are areas where the concentration of organic carbon in the soil is unusually high. These hotspots are important because they play a critical role in the global carbon cycle, helping to regulate the Earth's climate. This research will focus on developing a CNN-based approach to predict soil carbon hotspots, which can be used to identify areas that are particularly important for soil carbon sequestration.
