Could any one recommend the anti human MHC I Ab that can completely block the interaction of TCR and pMHC? Especially when the T cells were pretreated with antiCD3 coated beads and activated, they would have non-specific binding to some tumor cells, possibly through TCR-pMHC pathway? I would like to try antiMHC I mAb to block TCR-pMHC interaction. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!
The tumor cell line I am dealing with (human B lymphoma) might also express MHC II, could anyone recommend the antiMHC II mAb for me? Thanks!
yes try using W6/32 clone to block MHC 1 and L243 clone for MHC2 blocking ! works quite well for us

Did anyone try Brefeldin A to inhibit the Ag presentation of MHC I or II, so the TCR-MHCp can also be blocked?
