Dear fellow researchers, I have published two papers in December 2019 and February 2020 in TEST Engineering & Management Magazine but my name and affiliation were incorrectly stated. I have tried to email, call, and fax the Editor of the Journal to make corrections but sadly the Editor seems irresponsive. Thus, I would be obliged if anyone could kindly assist me with alternative ways to contact the Editor ( (other emails, Whatsapp, or phone number) instead of the contact info provided by the Journal's website or if you know anyone who can I refer and can help me to correct the information in both of my published papers.

Truly dissapointed if it is truly apredator, SCOPUS should delisted it quickly. Even the Editorial team who contacted me via email also based in India but in the Journal Page, the publishing house states it is in USA.
This contradictory really portray its preditor character. Even Elsevier and Scopus emails also written by Indian customer service....their names tell us that all of the support staffs are Indian. Are they collaborating (between the journal and elsevier)??

Post-publication, you will need to publish an Erratum or a Corrigendum to correct errors. Amending a manuscript post-publication is highly irregular so there needs to be a mighty good reason and it has to be done immediately, essentially as the paper is in the process of appearing online. There are two ways of correcting errors in published work, through a Corrigenda or an Erratum (you can Google both to get information). If the errors were introduced by the journal, you should submit an Erratum. In the event that this article type is not available on submission, you might need to instruct the journal staff to change the article type. Best of luck.

For those who missed the point in my previous reply here is the whole story:
The thing is that there is something odd going on with this journal. “TEST Engineering & Management” used to be a (trade) journal with a long history founded by Eve Mattingley-Hannigan. It even managed to obtain a Scopus indexing for multiple years (according to the SCImago site). According to:

it is has been discontinued in Scopus multiple times and now still seems to be active (for as long as this will last).

There are a number of odd things going on since roughly 2012. I was unable to find in Google Scholar papers/issues since 2012. When searching for “TEST Engineering and Management” you can find papers since 2019. They have a new homepage: http://www.testmagzine.biz/
I am afraid this is another example of a hijacked journal. Arguments are:
-The above homepage name change just leave one letter (the a) out, a common ‘trick’ for hijackers.
-The homepage of the ‘new’ magazine mentions still Eve Mattingley-Hannigan as editor but according to Facebook she is born in 1944 so she is/would be 76 years old now…
-I think the magazine stopped round 2012 (when she was 67 years old). This corresponds pretty well with what you can see in the graphs of the SCImago site:

-According to Google (at least in Google.nl) the contact address used by the (former) publisher “The Mattingley Publishing Co., Inc.” is permanently closed.
So, to me it looks like a hijacked journal. Someone pretends to be a continuation of a fairly respected magazine (with hardly any online presence which is almost a prerequisite to become a victim of hijacking). The ‘new’ website looks sloppy, papers are effectively open access (but nowhere you can see an APC, a fee or another form of costs), to me it looks strongly as a website that ‘pretend” to be the former magazine. Last but not least, I pretty quickly spotted the following example:

both (as the title already suggested) look remarkably similar. To say the least an example of quite sloppy editing and a mix-up of different versions of one and the same manuscript. Furthermore if you look in Scopus you see that in ‘Scopus content coverage’ they ‘published’ almost 3000 papers in 2020 already, in order to ‘collect’ money as long as possible, this will be most likely punished with a discontinuation by Scopus soon.
So, I am afraid this journal is another sad example of hijacking and apparently difficult for Scopus to get this type of scam properly (and quickly...) processed in their system. My advice is: you should stay away from this one, it turned into a predatory one.

Update: The journal “TEST Engineering & Management” is no longer indexed in Scopus (see enclosed file).
It is per Sept. 2020 included in the list of discontinued journals titles in Scopus.
