You should be able to delete it from Google Scholar. I dont think it uploads automatically. I had to actually upload my own.

I don't think one can delete article already published by goggle scholar...is already online....

It must be corrected with you publisher, google scholar is not necessary. Google Scholar is just only a classifier/search engine for searching manuscript etc. You need to see and correct your publication with your publisher not google scholar.
