I want to thank those that request copies of my publications and many people have written me asking for them. It is an honor and a satisfaction that people think that they can help
However, those publications are books or chapters of books or articles in a journal, and are protected by copyright, and if I make copies I would be violating my contracts with the publishers.
For this reason, please don't ask me for copies since I am forbidden by contract to do that.
I suggest consulting your university library, there are chances that some of them are there.
Until now, and for years, I have answering each requester, but I will start discontinuing this procedure.

Nolberto - you seem to be dismissive on the basis of a 'perceived' copyright that covers all and is absolute.
Have you checked your copyright procedures? Can you not produce any of your work and, if you did, what would the companies do to you?

I really don't understand why you used the word 'dismissive'.
I have published in RG everything that I wrote, and then anyone can copy it, even my thesis.
Inclusive my method SIMUS and IOSA and software are free for everybody and without restrictions, since 2015, and I have offered my unconditional help as you can check in RG,, within my possibilities.
I am not a newcomer in publishing. My publisher is Springer since 2003 and I have published 8 books with them.
Of course, each one has a contract and believe me that I know what Springer says related to copyright.
I can't reproduce any part and if I do I will be violating my contract.
Please check once again. Is there any restriction if you share personally?
Most of the publishers allow to do so.

Of course I can't share publicly, that would be against the publisher commercial interest, and my books are not in the open access mode.
You ask if I can share it personally.
Do you have an idea of how many people have requested copies of whole books? If I accede to it, in addition to the time it would take, it would be the equivalent of sharing them publicly, and voiding my contract with the publisher, and Springer is very strict about this.
As I said before, I am very grateful to people that requested my books and about your question , but I can't share them.
However, I am willing to answer, if I can, as many questions as you want, and even reproduce some selected paragraphs related with a specific question, but not more that that.
For you to see the difference, since 2015, I did not have any problem in sharing publicly the software version of the SIMUS and IOSA methods, because those are mine and I don't have to account for them to anybody.
I hope that I clarified my position.
