Is there a way to convert Matlab simulink BD to .eps format ? or any other way of representing this diagram in high quality picture ?

According to manual page of command print (https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/print.html) it is not possible to save Simulink block diagrams in PostScript or EPS formats. I suggest to export BD to a high resolution PDF with command
print -smdl_file_name -dpdf -r300 exported_file_name.pdf
or alternatively use SVG format which is also a vector graphic file.
Simply change file extension you required in command described by Mr. Jaroslav to save it in .eps or any other format like .png, .jpg, etc.
for e.g. use -deps instead of dpdf
use -r600 or higher for high quality output
open model and type
print -sMODEL_NAME -deps -r600 OUT_FILE.eps
Sorry, but -deps option will not work. Since R2015b, it is not supported to print to Postscript and EPS file formats from Simulink according to information here (http://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/release-notes.html?rntext=eps&startrelease=R2014a&endrelease=R2016b&groupby=release&sortby=descending&searchHighlight=eps).

It runs perfect as desired with any kind of format including eps also.
I have tested it myself.
To save it, first open model by typing model name on command window then run print command.
e.g.
sldemo_boiler
print -ssldemo_boiler -deps -r600 OUT_FILE.eps
print -ssldemo_boiler -dpng -r600 OUT_FILE.png

I am sorry but I got the same error in MATLAB R2015b:

>> print -ssldemo_boiler -deps -r600 OUT_FILE.eps
'eps' format is not supported with Simulink or Stateflow printing.
PNG export works properly:
print -ssldemo_boiler -dpng -r600 OUT_FILE.png
Which version of MATLAB do You have? i think that You are lucky and You have older version where this command worked.

I use this commad : print -dmeta -sFile_simulink File.emf
Then, it Created a meta file. After, I went to site https://convertio.co/pt/vector-converter/. and I converted the file to .eps
It because that commad print -deps -sFile_simulink File.eps not works to matlab 2017a.
To export a simulink blockdiagram in a high resolution picture format.
u can use the print command
modelname % to open the model
print('-smodelname','-dtiff','model.tiff')
or
print('-sResonatingSystem','-dtiff','-r600','Figure38.tiff')
