I think that many resistances today are not coming directly from the antibiotic used from humans that generally for healty people are few ( e.g. amoxicillin) but also from other indirect parhways as animal food where the use of antibiotics is large and extensive therefore in my opinion the first barrier to limit diffusion of resistances is preventive vaccination..non only human but Also for animals.
