Hi guys, I have a problem with interpreting a method to detect GA3

the problem is that the method does not have the concentration of the components

> The culture was put into a 15 ml reaction tube and added 2 ml of zinc acetate solution. Subsequently, a 2 ml potassium ferrocyanide solution was added and centrifuged for 10 min at 8000 rpm. A total of 5 ml of supernatant was added 5 ml of 30% hydrochloric acid and incubated at 27°C for 75 minutes.

and there is no concentration described for zinc acetate solution and potassium ferrocyanide.

In this case, are there any rules to follow?
