I need to get the concentration of AuNPs in microgram/ml.
The size of the AuNPs is 5 nm.
The concentration is 5.5 x 10^13 particles/ml.
I need to treat the cells (in vitro) with a concentration of 50 ug/ml.
Q: How many microliters do I require from the AuNPs (concentration is 5.5 x 10^13 particles/ml) to obtain a concentration of 50 ug/ml in the samples?

You have the initial concentration (5.5 x 10^13 particles/ml). Use some calibrated analytical balance to get a rough estimation of the NP molecular weight (I'd suggest to some dilutions to verify your results). After you 'find out' the mass just calculate your needed volume to get your target concentration.
